Welcome to Solutions Hub. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.solutionshub.pk (the “Website”) and all digital marketing, web development, branding, printing, signage, corporate gifting, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Solutions Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”), a marketing and technology agency based in Karachi, Pakistan.

By accessing our Website, requesting a quotation, or engaging our Services, you (“you”, “your”, the “Client”, or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Solutions Hub, with its head office at Plot #16-F, Basement No 2 (A), Parina Pride, Near Chilleez Restaurant, Mohammad Ali Society, Karachi, Pakistan.
  • “Client”, “you”, or “user” refers to any individual, business, or organization that visits our Website or engages our Services.
  • “Services” refers to all offerings including graphic design, branding, social media marketing, printing & packaging, signage, website & software development, product photography, animation, content writing, corporate gifting, and customized printing products.
  • “Deliverables” refers to any designs, files, code, content, printed items, or other materials produced by us for the Client.

2. Our Services

Solutions Hub provides a wide range of creative, marketing, and technology services. The specific scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables of any engagement will be defined in a separate written quotation, proposal, or service agreement (“Service Order”) agreed between the Client and the Company. In the event of any conflict between a signed Service Order and these Terms, the Service Order shall prevail for that engagement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service, or any feature of the Website, at any time without prior notice.

3. Quotations, Orders & Payments

3.1 Quotations

All quotations are valid for the period stated therein, or thirty (30) days if no period is specified. Prices are subject to change based on scope revisions, third-party costs, or market conditions.

3.2 Orders

A project or order is considered confirmed only upon the Client’s written acceptance of the quotation and, where applicable, payment of the agreed advance amount.

3.3 Payments

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an advance payment is required before work commences, with the balance due on or before delivery.
  • All prices are quoted are exclusive of any applicable government taxes, duties, or levies, which shall be borne by the Client.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of work and, where permitted by law, a service charge on the outstanding amount.

4. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver quality Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, content, and approvals required for the project.
  • Ensure that any content, logos, images, or materials you supply do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
  • Respond to requests for feedback and approval within reasonable timeframes; delays on your part may extend delivery timelines.
  • Comply with all applicable laws of Pakistan when using our Services and Deliverables.

5. Revisions, Delivery & Acceptance

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the relevant Service Order. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be subject to further charges. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by the scope of work, Client responsiveness, and factors beyond our reasonable control.

Deliverables are deemed accepted if the Client does not raise written objections within seven (7) days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full and final payment for a project, ownership of the final approved Deliverables shall transfer to the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Until full payment is received, all Deliverables, drafts, and concepts remain the property of Solutions Hub.

Solutions Hub retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, website, and marketing materials for promotional purposes, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing due to confidentiality. Any pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, or source code developed by the Company remain our intellectual property.

7. Third-Party Services & Platforms

Our Services may involve third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, hosting providers, and payment gateways. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, performance, or actions of these third parties. Your use of such platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or commercial information disclosed during an engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
